WHO ARE WE & WHAT IS OUR MISSION:
| Friends of Faith & Fellowship, Inc. began hosting women’s events in 2022 and is now a nonprofit, tax-exempt (501) (c) (3) organization established in May 2024. Friends of Faith & Fellowship aims to encourage and inspire women in whatever season of life they may face. Through small group Bible Study, resources, conferences, and special outreach events, we want to equip hurting, abused, and broken-hearted women with God’s word to overcome everyday challenges and obstacles and to know Him as their personal Savior. We are excited to see what God will do in 2026-2027. We are truly a missionary outreach ministry. We want to see women's lives changed and set free for God's glory. Life is just sometimes tough. We want women to know they have someone in their corner pointing them to Jesus. Through our outreach and small-group fellowships, we can give them the truth of God's word, the resources they need spiritually and physically, and help them find the right path to true peace and healing. 2026-2027 FUTURE OUTREACH FELLOWSHIPS, SPRING CONFERENCE, SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, & MISSIONS *August 6th, we begin our monthly Learning to Love & Live Fellowship. *Monthly Bible Study Fellowship at Recovering Soldiers Ministries (RSM) Elizabethton, TN. We provide desserts and meals quarterly. Led by Nicki Woodfin. *Quarterly fellowship with special guest speakers and worship. TBA *Denise Jenkins/Summer outreach in Shelbyville, KY with Billy Wayne Ministries AIM Artist in Ministry. *Denise Jenkins/Tuesday, August 11th, Valley Forge Freewill Baptist Church, Elizabethton, TN *Thursday, September 17th, Fundraising Concert with UNSPOKEN. *Thursday, December 3rd, Fundraising Concert TBA *Spring Voice of Truth Women's Conference TBA *Denise Jenkins & Nicki Woodfin are available for one-on-one mentoring and discipling. *Mission Trips to Africa & Guatemala led by Nicki Woodfin. Friends of Faith & Fellowship, Inc., the Executive Board, leaders, and supporters are praying for us to find a space of our own. We are very blessed and grateful for the areas that have been available to us, but as you can see from our ministry list above, God is opening doors for us to do more ministry. We are praying and believing for His timing and provisions as we move forward. We covet your prayers as we endeavor to follow His perfect will. Together, with faith and dedication, we will see God provide and fulfill what He has called us to do. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY: We have a responsibility to be faithful stewards and to maintain accountability and integrity in all aspects of our ministry’s finances and decisions. We have an Executive Board of Directors that will meet as necessary to approve the budget, review operational results, and review ministry accomplishments. Our CPA manages all our finances, and we are committed to using contributions faithfully and wisely to reach hurting and abused women with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Denise Jenkins believes we can make a difference in the world with words of hope from God’s word. For 16 years, she was the Co-Founder of the Mike Jenkins Evangelistic Association (MJEA), an international faith-based ministry. Denise is now President/Founder of Friends of Faith & Fellowship, Inc. Through writing devotions and speaking, her passion is to share life experiences and to encourage hurting and broken-hearted women to trust God and His word to see them through difficult times. She aims to encourage and inspire women in whatever season of life they may face and how to overcome everyday challenges and obstacles.
Denise lives in Southwest Virginia with her three sons, daughters-in-law, and grandsons.
